Next time do more research before purchasing something. Check videos, reviews, posts in forums like this one, etc.

I’m sorry Chivalry doesn’t work for you, however, posting on the forums to get a refund will not get you one.
The only thing I can say is that you can try to contact steam as they are the only ones who can issue refunds, but it’s 99.9% likely that you will NOT receive one.
