They are doing a 2 part patch. This is a smaller one that addresses some problems, but then the other one will address more game play issues. People complain when they do Large patches that take forever to be released. Now they are releasing the patch in phases and people are complaining it is incomplete… The PAX/GDC conventions slowed their progress, but it was cool to get us some new patched stuff while they work on the other issues which may take longer due to the complexity.
We split the patches. Balance Patch is the next one. Please report any bugs to here:

Elaborate please? How is Citadel not better off with the balance changes?
