[WEBMASTER] Update FAQ with Technical support

  • -The FAQ hyperlink doesn’t include a Technical Support Bolded sublisting

    -Under the Technical Support Known Issues sticky, the following is stated:
    Please include your computer specs. If you’re here to report a crash, please also go into My Documents\My Games\Chivalry Medieval Warfare\UDKGame\Logs and attach Launch.log and the most recent unreal-**********.dmp file. Thank you!

    +Suggest including instructions for generating dxdiag.txt in place of “Please include your computer specs” and also hyperlinking this information under the FAQ page.
