Any game sales or promos anywhere?

I have been trying to get the game for a while, and last time the game was on sale on Steam I didn’t have the funds to get it then. I’ve been looking for this type of game for a while, and was quite disappointed with a similar game called Ethereal was under development yet it seemed to have vanished.
I live on a very tight budget, but I really REALLY wanna buy and enjoy this game. Anyone know if there are any sales anywhere or any promos?

On average steam has the game on sale once a month. Its also sold on their website but its never on sale there.
Green man gaming also has the game on sale a few times too.

Steam has major sales events during summer and winter.

Yeah that’s what I thought, I just hope I have the money when the next sale goes on. I’m just getting antsy since I’ve been checking the steam store every day since I missed the last sale hoping it would happen again…

-Edit- Anyone know if Kumbaso.com is any good? They hve it for $17 which is not that bad, but I’m kinda hoping the price is lower elsewhere.
