Why server disappears from server-browser? HELP ME PLEASE



  • UDK process still work, but server does not appear in server-browser

    Make a backup of your PCServer-UDKEngine.ini

    In PCServer-UDKEngine.ini, find and delete all lines that look like

    Suppress=_____

    then, start the server again. This will enable more logging, so maybe we can see something useful about what’s going on. It’s also better to post a log file (from UDKGame\Logs) than a screenshot of the window, in case something relevant gets pushed out of it. If you can’t post it on the forum because of the size, just erase everything up until it stops working and/or post it to http://pastebin.ca or something.

    I tried to telnet to the port - couldn’t do that either.

    Sometimes the server browser will only bring back a limited number of servers, so yours doesn’t appear on my alternate server browser. But if you are happy great.
