Bug lvl 5 to lvl 37

Hey guys.
Im not english so sorry for my bad english !!!I played that game 2 days… than i was lvl 5 everything fine but
When suddenly i was lvl 37 ??? ?
How can i reset Rank ? Or can someone reset my rank ?
Im just playing vs better player than my skill is.
PLS HELP ME !

Have this same problem… Jumped from lvl 16 to 32; sometimes switched to lvl 0 or 1… I’m actually lvl 16 right now but the game has me at lvl 32.

Yup, same problem here! Got from lvl 7 to 36. I’d like to get back to my normal lvl please?

It is not possible to reset your rank, sorry!

I was rank 50 but after I joined some random server It went to 44 for some reason, but a lot of people on the server said its just a one time thing and it will be reverted back… :(

Usually it does revert… Not sure why it’s doing that other bug though :/

I was on a server where half the people got demoted to level 2.
