Server Ping limiter problem

Ping limiter is activated, but people with 300-600 ping, still joing the game and stay for 5-60min… and never kick. What am i doing wrong?
This is my server configuration:

bUseMaxPingLimit=true
;Maximum ping for player
fMaxPing=150.0
;How many times player must hit threshold before being kicked
iPingThresholdHitBeforeKick=4
;Number of seconds to kick player for breaking ping threshold.
iSecondsToKickForPingLimit=120

It’s server problems, more then half options do not work.

Its a pity that even after such a long time its still not fixed.TB should finally look at those things for admin support and ping limits I understand that you only have a small team I love a game but it kills me as admin when I set up something and it doesnt work as it should.
