Frame rate comes crashing down!!!!

I am a huge problem, been playing the game fine since beta came out. Lots and lots of fun.

The other day i alt tab and boom frames are out the door 30 - 20 frames or less. Even to unplayable states.

Close reopen, still bad frames.

Uninstall / reinstall , still bad frames.

restart , still bad frames.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
