German Localization bug (after 25.06.2013 Update)

The Germanic “Umlauts” (ä, Ä, ö, Ö, ü, Ü) and ß aren’t displayed correctly in the client. Same issue was present in the Beta. See the screenshots below for more info (?j instead of Ü for example).
