Glad to see people reporting this nonsense.
Next time try contacting a moderator they usually ban them on sight, I believe they have a steam group but I don’t have it off the top of my head.

Cheat engine speedhacking is still actual, what a shame.
The dev’s had to fix it during the AT/CBT.

This was on an Australian server? I can get him banned off 26 servers. Or rather you can get him banned.
Go to games.on.net and submit a troublemaker report with all that juicy information.
That’s I you were playing on a games.on.net server.
Many hackers are already banned off their servers. So only submit it if you know why server you were on.
