App already running

I opened my server a lot of times till now, but since the update yesterday I’ve been getting a weird problem.
I start up my server (UDK.EXE Shortcut, not from the dedicated server files)
Then when I try to get in the game itself, it says “'app already running”.I don’t know why this has started happening…
I tried opening the server from the dedicated serverfiles but it just opens a blank command window.
Anyone knows how to fix this ?

After I open the UDK.EXE (The server) it obviously does …
But in the past I just went on and opened the game too… now I can’t …
