Rank 6 to 27 and no unlocks

Hello everyone,
i got a really strange bug in my game today,
i was playing normally when suddenly i up my level to 27 (i was level 6) and it wasnt only in my client, i left and come in the server again and there is 27!!! any server i go is 27 now!!!
and i cant unlock any more weapons, the unlock needed left is stuck…
for the last sword stay 51 everytime… and i killed alot of guys in different servers before post here…
i cant unlock anything now :(
help please? :P im stuck at 27 i cant up too :P
