Veteran helmets not apearing

Ive unlocked the helmets for the Man At Arms, Vanguard, and Knight but none of them show up when im in 3rd person.
please help

This has been a bug for quite some time.
They only show up on official servers I think.

The helmet customization system is completely replaced for the next patch (along with the other customization improvements). We’re also investigating the stats issues that cause veteran helmets to not reliably unlock.
