My mouse keeps bugging

I love the game but it’s really starting to piss me off. When I scroll up it will jump my camera to looking up and the same when I scroll down. It’s not lag, something is going wrong.

Has anyone else had this problem and how can I fix this as it’s rendering me pretty useless attack wise.
