Cant start chiv

i’ve done all of this (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\chivalrymedievalwarfare\Binaries but there is no file / folder called RedistChiv i am using windows 8 and i have tried looking at my files in steam but they did not find anything wrong what should i do in the folder binaries there is a folder called win 32??? help
