How to edit different shield skins?

Pretty self explanatory, but I’ve seen the ability for people to edit both tower and kite shields for knight, and I was wondering how to edit the tower shield, as only the kite shield shows up in the edit.

Changes to one apply to the other. I don’t think you can actually preview the Tower Shield, though.
