I suspect if you were globally banned with good cause then there’s no way your account would be unbanned, regardless of appeal. The only thing you can do is create a new account and buy the keys again and hopefully not run cheats .

You got VAC banned. You are not torn banner problem. VAC is run by steam and under no circumstances do they unban people.

No. VAC bans do not get reversed. Global ban list bans do not get reversed.
