What happened to Slight's 3rd Person Crosshair Fix?

After the June 25th patch, the crosshair fix wouldn’t work. He said an update would come in 2-3 days and he hasn’t been seen since. He probably stopped playing…which sucks because I really loved that mod. Hopefully someone else will pick this up. I have the original files, but they are to no significance.
