Bots - Dummies

The suggestion is to add dummie bots to the game. The dummies don’t move or attack. There are dummies of all classes. Admin has to spawn them.

I would like this. Especially as the tutorial is lacking straw dulls for training purposes. It would help to figure out the reach of some weapons or to improve your aim.
