Kick-proof trolls of doom!

Guess what guys! There is a new hack in town! It redirects votekicks to other players. Some griefers were using it to TK at spawn all they liked because every time someone would try to kick them the votekick went to a random other player. I have already submitted a report to gamesonnet where it happened. If you see anyone else using it please post.
