Maplist and votemap changing guide for console?

Anyone who knows can you post a guide with all the map names, game modes etc and the console code required to votechange or votenext?

Literally a stickied thread at the top.
On some servers the command is disabled unless you are admin then its just adminchangemap.
And I think its votechangemap or something. Start by typing vote in the console and it should have a bunch of suggestions below.
Though I know you have to set what teams you want to do when you adminchangemap unless its FFA. Probably the same deal with the votechangemap as well.
