Where are subscribed items from the Steam Workshop saved?

Because they do not show up in the cooked SDK folder…
In my experience, only maps that are downloaded in-game when connecting to a server are downloaded to this folder. Items I subscribe to are downloaded, but I cannot find them anywhere in the game folders.

Subscribed maps are downloaded to: c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\chivalrymedievalwarfare\UDKGame\CookedSDK__CMWSDKFiles\

Well, I guess I’m out of luck then, because my game isn’t installed on my C drive?
That seems kinda ridiculous, though.
