Are the broken 3 Achievemets fixed now?

I was wondering cause I miss 3 achievements, are they fixed now.
They are Turn out the fire of the Pyre, Fire starter (20 kills with the oil pot) and Loose your head 100 times.

Actually I have the Fire Nemesis (Turn out the fire of the pyre) Achievement :)
It was really odd though. It was almost burnt down, but I got it in the last second kinda. Staying there and kicking at the fire, some Agathian threw a torch at it so it completely burnt down. The objective was completed, the next stage of the map opened, and I got the Fire Nemesis Achievement for failing the objective :D:D

Generally, I would not encourage TBS to take the lazy route of removing stuff that they can’t fix but in this instance, I think it would be appropriate.

Or you know, there shouldn’t be achievements for multiplayer games to begin with.
