No translation made much sense but this is a best of them.

“All roles can throw throwing weapons as long as the walls are not part of the map can not go through the recoverySparta benchmark double swordsman sword”.

That’s google translate. Want to see Babylon and Microsoft have a go at translating it? Its traditional Chinese. I think.

  • I believe he said something to the extent of “all classes have throwing weapons, but you can’t pick them up if they’re embedded into a wall. You also can’t recycle the spartan sword to use it two handed.”

There’s generally only two things people do on the forums when playing Chivalry. Either they complain about something happening, be it a bug, balance issue, or problem with TB, or they suggest something that’s 90% of the time ridiculous. This guy is either complaining about something being broken, or making a wild suggestion.

For the first possible translation meaning, perhaps he’s having a problem with this game. Maybe he means weapons thrown outside the map’s boundaries or the “invisible wall” are no longer retrievable. As for the two handed sword, he may not realize you cannot switch to having a Spartan sword in two hands.

For the second option, perhaps he’s suggesting that Spartans be able to throw their shields, possibly having them break when hitting walls. After that, Spartans would have the option to use their sword in two hands.

Remember, just because they’re speaking a different language doesn’t mean they’re going to be geniuses or come in with an entirely different experience of the game than you have. Humans tend to act like humans everywhere else regardless of their race or culture.

Right, we’re all just stupid apes.
