3 Throwing Axe Bugs

Probably apply to all throwing weapons, these sort usually do. First one that’s sort of new:
1. When picking up weapons from bodies you’ve slain the game seems to be using some sort of server position rather than where you see the ragdoll in the world. You end up running circles around where they died listening for the “ftch” noise that is universally recognised as the ‘I have acquired an axe’ audio cue.
2. You can’t get them back out of shields, regardless of the shield’s owner being dead or not.
3. If you go to throw two in a row and then cancel the second throw, you’ll lose an axe with no animation or axe appearing in the world.
