Chivalry Dedicated Server Help

I’ve been using a dedicated Chivalry Medieval Warfare server for a while now but Iv’e recently encountered a problem where one of my friends can never seem to join the server. My other friends can join without a problem and its really annoying to leave him out. I’m not sure what the problem is, whether its on my side or his but any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.
