Certain things randomly not working for me

I can’t zoom with my bow (checked the binds and rebound it) and can’t free roam spectate. Need helpz plz.

Are you sure you are unlocked first to free spectate? I can send you my UDKPlayerInput.ini through teamspeak and you can see if that fixes it.
