Ghost of the map right in the middle of the screen

I remember seeing this bug a looooong time ago, don’t know if it has been fixed or whatever, but it’s there again. I noticed it a few weeks ago, but not related to any patch, which is weird. At first, it disapeared at respawn, now I have to restart the game 80% of the time. Leaving the server doesn’t work.

Can you fix it by turning off Bloom? Or is that a different bug?
