Refund?



  • so i bought the Seax Skin and the Kraken set, but it told me something went wrong, so i tried again a few times, then i noticed it actually paid for it each time it failed, and it didnt even unlock the Seax skin, i paid for it 3 times, 4 times for the Kraken set, that one actually got unlocked, still would like my money back, the steam support said they cant refund me and i should ask the publishers directly about that issue
