Game crashes on startup



  • Hi to all,
    I bought Chivalry this morning and since then the game crashes every time a try and start up. I have done a lot of research on this problem and it seems like many people are having the same issue. When I press play on steam, the image of Chivalry comes up and sits there for about 1-2 minutes. If I click on the “Chivalry app” on the task bar, it opens a white window. nothing After 30± seconds, it says not responding. Sometimes I have managed to get the game window to open, but I have never gotten past the window with the controls, if I click on the game window, it crashes. Sometimes, it will freeze on the torn banner logo while the flag goes down. If you need the DxDiag, I will have it, as well as the Launch Log. If you need anything else, please let me know.

    PS: The 14 ways to resolve the issue on this site, I have tried all of them, none have worked.
