Will us console users be getting the Warframe emblem and other goodies?

I play Warframe a lot on my xbox one. I just now see they added a warframe emblem and santa hat to the PC version? Will we ever be getting updates such as these?

Hopefully, I would think we would get more skins and we NEED a ton of patches for bugs.
