Keyboard Ghosting Issue

Hi!
I have a GE62 6QF Apache Pro notebook with Windows 10 with an AZERTY keyboard layout. There seems to be a ghosting issue with my keyboard where I can’t press the letters Z D and A together only Z and D get registered but not Z D and A together. Another combination that doesn’t seem to work is Z S and A where only Z and S get registered.
I tested it using the website mentioned below so I can see the key doesn’t show up. On the website there is a QWERTY layout but it’s the button that doesn’t show up so on the site I would only see Z and D light green but not the Q button (A on my keyboard).https://www.microsoft.com/appliedsciences/KeyboardGhostingDemo.mspx
I tried updating the firmware but the installer didn’t show up. Only a blackscreen for a sec showed up and then closed again. I downloaded it from this link :

This seems to be something to do with your laptop. I would recommend contacting MSI for help.
