No servers are displayed for me

Installed the game and when I go on the server browser I get nothing displayed. Pressing refresh does nothing but display an empty browser. Reinstalling the game did not work and it is not being blocked by my firewall or Anti-Virus.
Any thoughts?

Are you opted into any branches? The servers come up at a specific time of day as well, if I’m correct.
