Opinion on an Idea

So I am still working on my plan for alcoholic drink review videos. Should I do this over Twitch during recorded live streams or should I do this over Youtube with recorded livestream content?

Basically CMW over reviews. I may switch it to different games or feature certain CMW players as guest reviewers.
