patch testing help.

i accidentally deleted the patch testing for chivalry and have tried redownloading it but it is nowhere to be found in my steam library, i still have the shortcut to show i did have patch testing installed. is there any way to get patch testing back? as i enjoyed testing the patches.
i also tried reinstalling chivalry hoping patch testing would install along with it but that did not work.
