Tips for running the game better?

I have been having problems with framerate ingame, loadtimes take up to hours. I am currently using an AMD card, which the game warned me about before launching. I am currently running the game will all options set to the “low” setting. Anyone run into the problem and have any tips?

The game is certainly not supposed to take hours to load.
