Does wearing a shield on your back still weigh you down?
-
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
nope…
-
Sorry dad
-
No, it doesn’t change anything. Just gives u passive projectile protection on your back
-
@Knight-Kauser
Slightly wrong. It does protect against arrows, but it also has a hit box of its own, making hitting your back easier.
-
If you’re strong enough it’s like wearing a feather on your back

@Zer0x593 none of the people who play 3rd wear shields anyway.
-
@Zer0x593 shield restricts your view in 3rd
-
@hit-trade I’ve seen refugee using a shield many times and a bunch of the third person messer pubstompers also wear shields.

The hit box doesn’t extend a large amount behind them as the shield is pretty flat. It really makes side stabs, waterfalls and all kinds of drags while facing them easier to land as it extends out to their sides and allows you to bypass the parry volume with less extreme angles.
