Clicking on "Report Bug" in client does not provide a form

I was trying to report a bug in the game I ran into but whenever I click on report bug nothing happens. No form popup or anything. So I guess I’m reporting a bug with the bug reporting? :)

@Brackstone Do you have your Steam Overlay enabled?

Yes its enabled.
Whenever I click on the button it says provides me with a dialogue box.

I hit Okay then nothing happens.
P.S. sorry it took a while to reply I don’t have any Reputation so the anti-spam system got me.
