now steam install.but every dowload no istall and play.always download a 9 GB file

@maxicl this is a Steam error.

Close Steam, navigate to your steam folder (normally C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam), find the ClientRegistry.blob file, rename it to ClientRegistry-backup, then start Steam; this file should be recreated and it should hopefully fix your download issue.
