Restarting from zero once

Dear support team,
recently a friend of mine bought Chivalry: Medieval Warfare and we would like to play together on the low level servers. Sadly i am just only few levels over the lvl 15 cap. Is it possible to get it resetted somehow?

I don’t have another steam acc and level reset seems more uncomplicated than creating an account just for one game.

@bigii we do not reset player ranks or progress.
You can use the Create Game option to play with just those you invite until your friend learns more about how to play.
