banned 1 week and bug happen

i was banned for 1 week in a oficial brasil server but i stay banned for 2 months and the error persists reithur a torn banner guy already investigate this issue he only can remove my id for 1 server i was banned and the others servers dont found my id so i want to ask you torn banner guys to give me other chilvary account because i cant play for a bug fault 2 month whitout playing right
