I can't play anymore

Chivalry is my favourite multiplayer game and I don’t know why I can’t join servers anymore…
I swear I didn’t cheat or something, and I’m a bit sad when I try to join a server and I see a infinite loading… Can you tell me what to do to play again or should I just wait for Mordhau ?

I suggest you verify game files on steam> Then reset your hub if its over due plus make sure other games
are not set to download updates in the background on steam plus if your using windows smart screen or
even anti virus software you can certainly disable them while playing plus smart screen alone often increases
ping by 5 to 12. Failing all that I suggest a hermits live in a monastery majestically trampling grapes.

@roag I’ve done many actions advised on your link, like delete temporary files, repair files, reinstall directX and launch in 32 bits version, but nothing has changed…
I’ve already reinstalled the game, but it’s useless too.

what is your steam 64 bits ID ? or your steam profile ?

open the steam community window, look for your steam name at the right side of the community menu, then choose under your steam name, ‘profile’.
copy and paste the address bar starting by http://steamcommunity.com/id/

@Helielzel You definitely are not on our ban lists, so there must be an issue on your PC or network side.
If you’ve followed every step listed in the guide posted above (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=783525094) and you’re still experiencing the “infinite loading” problem you mentioned, then I’m a bit stumped. Definitely make sure you’ve got port forwarding: https://portforward.com/help/chivalry-medieval-warfare/
