Chivalry: Medieval Warfare removed from sale on consoles
-
Chivalry has been pulled from console stores (PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store) as the result of a time-limited agreement between Torn Banner Studios and Activision Publishing. This has no impact on the Steam version.
-
@playerhayter Explain why TBS can’t work out any sort of update on this Title with Activision.
-
I fail to see how any time limit should effect or be passed on to paying consumers to take the loss tbh.
This rubbish doesn’t happen in uk or euro. I will assume its all at activisions end as they are very nasty
when it comes to swiftly pulling games in such a nasty fashion as I have seen them do it before in the mid 90’s.

Man lots of bad news coming out of Torn Banner lately, I hope the studio is doing okay.
-
well rip

Didn’t see this thread until now. Quite the tragedy. RIP.

The game has disappeared from my game library and I would like to know if I can get it back or at the very least get a refund.

I suggest you ticket activision is it for a refund for console games tbh. being famil with activ myself some top brass idd
going back to mid 90’s this is often a trait of theirs to pull games out of the cloud with entire servers and commuities
and cull them delete plus shut down any servers. I wouldn’t blame TB in this as they activ were likely to do it any way.

@playerhayter I want a refund
-
@zemen Torn Banner cannot issue a refund unfortunately. I tried myself to refund the game and all of the DLC I have, however the only way to do this is to dispute the payment by contacting the bank you used to purchase the game initially. Hope this helps :D
