Server Problems AUS/NZ

Im getting high ping in the AUS servers that I am joining from NZ. Ping is fine in non-official servers and in other games. Others are seem to have this problem to trying to join from NZ, but not everyone. Just wondering if this is a known issue and if anything is able to be done about it.

We have made the devs aware of possible server issues of this nature, no response as of yet.

The servers just fell dead yesterday. Doubt they’ll return - it’s the Asia Server death all over again. We only have 1 broken Black Knight server which is SING but hosted here…
