I’d like to clarify a couple of things as it’s not entirely clear what is meant by “workshop”.
If we go by what the workshop or more correctly the Steam Workshop is in a more literal sense all the workshop is is a built in mod distribution platform that’s part of steam itself. As the game is coming out on Epic and Epic has no workshop equivalent as of yet then no the game won’t have that simply because epic doesn’t have it. The game releases on steam a year later however.
If by “workshop” we mean Mod Support however then like random said that’s coming out after release. That is to say an SDK where you can make maps and mods and all that jazz won’t ship with the game. It will be released in an update.
