Code already redeemed?

Hello. Got the email yesterday with the alpha key but Epic says that the key has already been redeemed? Running the previously installed alpha says that there’s no alpha available at this time. Anything I can do?

If you lost your key, or it was redeemed by someone else. You are out of luck. try and submit for a new key i guess… If it was linked to your E-mail, you might be able to recover it if you can get ahold of customer service for Torn Banner… Good luck, they are very busy right now! :-P

@delatroy You can learn to read English at an adult level. That email told me that it starts at 1pm pacific time and that if you already were in the alpha you don’t need to re-enter the key.

If you have the alpha already installed you do not need to redeem your key again. The alpha will not be active for you to play until today at 10am PST.
