Payment Issues



  • Hi there,

    I recently tried to buy this Game from your Website. The reason why i didnt bought in on steam directly is that i wanted to support the development team. As a thank-you i got stuck in the process of paying with my master card. All i got was a message from “humble bumble” that my process must be manual investigated and the order cannot be canceled. Amazon knows nothing about this process, cause amazonpayments seems to be a different company. But my orderlist on amazonpayments is also empty. I even dont have a contact person since this email seems to come from a bot.

    This seems all odd to me and i feel like an idiot that i tried to buy it directly from you instead of putting the money in steams’ mouth.

    Can anyone help me here?
