Can't use battlecries

I have no idea what the problem is, its like my characters voice has died. My battlecry keys do not work. I have tried rebinding them, verifying the cache in Steam and even reinstalling the game entirely.
Has anybody else had this problem?
EDIT: It is more than just a sound problem, my stationary battlecry has no animations either. The entire thing is just not working.

Do you happen to play javelin archer a lot?

I am aware of that bug and it isn’t it, although it might have been caused by me playing the javelin archer once and now its perma broken. I first noticed it because I use it often while defending the king. Now it doesn’t work no matter what class/weapon etc.
