Is the sluice gate bugged?

I was in a official TO server when VERY annoying happened, it seems like the sluice gate objective is bugged, several times we held the points and it did NOTHING to move, please ignore my horrible typos when I took this screenshot:

As you can see we hold both points but the gate did not lower and then it happened again once we took both points again:

I like this game but this is the most annoying bug I’ve seen so far, a real match breaker that needs a fix…

Seems to be 50/50 when I play the game. I’m not sure why the condition isn’t being met that 50% of the time, but yes, it’s darn annoying.
