Projectile FX feel larger than projectile collision box
I feel this a lot with throwing axes and javelins especially, primarily because they’re fired at closer ranges than the other projectiles: their trail FX seem larger than the projectiles themselves. It makes it somewhat difficult to accurately judge how far I’ve thrown said projectile and sometimes misleads me into thinking it should have collided with a player.
If I remember correctly, in AoC, projectiles had a simple, subtle white trail behind them? I wonder if we couldn’t get something similar here. The current trail is pretty but it does feel like it impedes on feedback.
